Update

Project Update, even though it's a very tiny update.

Meese

2394 / 100000 words. 2% done!

Told you it was tiny. Chapter 1 is done in a very rough form. But that's apparently okay because it's a 'shitty first draft.'

I think I will submit a Meese story to the Girls With Guns Anthology - I've reread it, and I don't think it is too spoilerific. I've got a backup short story I'm working on, though. All you Kitty fans... you'll get to find out what happens, finally, between Kitty and Kitten!

Kat and Meese (working title)

2052 / 7000 words. 29% done!

Also got hit with an amazing idea for another story. But, as everyone says, the ideas are the easy part. Writing the story is the hard part.

PS: If any of you devout readers want to read chapter 1- which I promise you isn't all that great right now, just post in comments and we'll work something out. More Kitty bits, like the one in the last post, are coming as well. She gets me in the wee hours of the morn, when I have no where to be and no where to run...

Kitty Intro

Yeah, I know why you guys are following me. I know what you want. I've got some new Kitty for you.

For those of you who don't know, Kitty is a character of mine. Kitten is trapped in her head and kind of plays devil-on-the-shoulder for her, except Kitty is perhaps the worst person for a devil to be stuck with.

------------

She looked to the window, thick with condensation, and a foggy face smiled up at her and told her to 'b hapi.'
"Thanks," she said.

"My pleasure," said the face. She looked at it again. Beads of condensation sweated down its cheeks. It looked a lot less innocent now, but she could be biased since it had just talked to her. She didn't think they normally did that, but what did she know?

It winked at her, and she looked away and surveyed the nearly empty bus again.

"Oh, you'll never find me," it said with a quickly melting, toothy grin. She grinned back.

"Having fun, are we?" She said. A woman in another seat looked up.

"You're my brand new toy," it said, "and I'm going to play with you, my pet."

"That right?"

It didn't have time to answer. Kitty'd wiped the smile off its face. As far as she was concerned, one odd voice was enough for her head.

Very mature, said the usual voice. She smiled again. She knew this wouldn't be the last time she heard that other one. She hoped it wasn't. She did so love to play.

Introduction

Hello, all zero of my readers! It's a lovely, sunny Thursday afternoon and I have nothing better to do than avoid writing and dick around on the internet! None of you know me. I'm just an unknown, unpublished writer who recently shed her 'wannabe' status by actually writing something. Not much. Just enough to tip the scale ever so slightly. Now I get to bore you by listing my projects!

Meese
Junkyard Unicorn
That One With the Stolen Heart
Lost One

(Italicized to look fancier.)

I am currently focusing on Meese, so I'll introduce it a bit. This is an Introduction post, after all.

Meese is a little worried and a lot confused. She's managed to get a record and a job in the same day- but she thinks that her employer, the God of Theatre, only keeps her around for comedic relief. She was about to ask him about that, when something special of his was stolen. A god-item thing. Now she's lost in the very literal criminal underground. Seriously. It's below the regular city. It's only a matter of time before someone finds her, and her winning smile probably won't help this time.

It's a work in progress, but it's progressing. You're all just jealous because I get to watch her trip into trouble before you do. Hah!

I think that's enough for an intro post. Later, loyal fans!

PS: I probably will get off my lazy arse and customize this blog a bit. In the next week or so.
